Bring the holiday with Christmas Store, one of Abundant Life’s oldest traditions, celebrating Christmas in the spirit of Giving. Christmas Store allows our program participants to come in and “shop” using their Blue Bucks “money, which they work towards earning during the first half of the school year. On the day of Christmas Store, the magic happens. Our two properties are transformed into a winter wonderland, with the smell of hot cocoa and cookies in the air. Our students come in to “purchase” hundreds of dollars worth of gifts to put under their family Christmas tree. This mutually transformative initiative allows our youth to learn financial literacy in a tangible way and alleviates holiday expenses for our families.
